3sixteen.

Just got home from N/Z house. Don't know what to do. Maybe i should pack for Melbourne, its in five days and i feel the excitement quivers coming on. It is going to be amazing, i know it. I'm probably going to over pack. Don't want to leave anything behind. The fashion is going to be crazy. I'm going to spend spend spend. Just came across this label while surfing the net. This is the Spring/Summer Lookbook for 09. The photos are amazing as you can see. Here's a description someone wrote about the label.

'As streetwear matures with those who grow with it, we are bound to see the industry as a whole move to new levels. Although there is no defined timeline on when this transition will occur, there are a small niche of brands today that give us a sneak peak of what the imagery, style, and expectation will consist of 3sixteen, out of New York, is one of these brand who combines current streetwear trends, classic American styles, and ground-breaking aesthetics into a collection that it seemingly perfect.'

Why am i always blogging about guys fashion? Because look at it, its amazing. Maybe i should have been born a boy..

Opp Shop.

'One mans trash is another mans treasure..'

Dee and i went opp shopping last week. It was splendid, bought some clothing as seen in the photos below. Its the best, you can find the most amazing things, especially with fashion. Clothes are always being brought back and styles are being reinvented and recycled.

Legend.

Dee and i were up late at night a couple of days ago watching telly. John was on Letterman. He performed with 'Heartbreaker' with MSTRKRFT. Such a good song and he looked pretty fly too, he was wearing Purple! Couldn't find pictures of him performing but found some shots of him going to the studio. Google or Youtube it.

City Extra.

To celebrate the conclusion of university semester one me and the ladies had dinner at a restaurant in Circular Quay. First time going there and it was quite nice. It had a old school theme to it. Newspaper print was everywhere. The menus were printed on newspaper too, made it difficult to order but i loved the idea.

Via Alley

Came across this brand online whilst 'studying' at the library with friends. It's so quirky with things you wont find anywhere else. On the bus yesterday coming home from the city i passed Surry Hills and what do i see. A Via Alley store. Yep they have an actual store, I'm going to check it out sometime this week. This is what i like:

Freedom.

Ahh Freedom is such a beautiful feeling. To have nothing on your mind and to be carefree is a good thing. An uplifting thing. An inspiring thing. Concluded my exams yesterday. Ive had to pause projects in my life till i was able to fully focus on them. At home today doing nothing but chilling. Might do some painting and sketching, i'll see. Today is an easy day. Listening to Ecstatic.
